Harvest Purchase Agreement

1. Welcome to Greensphere
By accessing Appily twentyone or placing an order for fresh vegetables, you enter a binding agreement with APPILY TWENTYONE GREENSPHERE DESK PRIVATE LIMITED. This charter governs browsing, account use, checkout, delivery, and post-delivery support for all produce listed on our storefront.
2. What we sell
Our catalogue lists fresh vegetables categorised by produce type — leafy greens, roots, gourds, crucifers, peppers, alliums, and specialty items. Every listing describes a specific vegetable variety with pack size, price, and availability. Photographs represent typical harvest appearance; natural colour and size variation between batches is expected.
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable charges shown at checkout.
- Seasonal items may be temporarily unavailable without prior notice.
- Declared pack weights reflect standard market tolerances for fresh produce.
3. Account and checkout
You must provide accurate contact, delivery address, and payment details. Email verification may be required before order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, contain incorrect addresses, or cannot be fulfilled due to stock or logistics constraints.
4. Perishability notice
Fresh vegetables are perishable goods. Shelf life depends on storage conditions after delivery. We pack produce in breathable, moisture-controlled materials but cannot guarantee extended freshness beyond standard refrigeration guidelines once the package is received.
5. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not responsible for indirect losses arising from spoilage due to delayed receipt, improper storage, or force majeure events affecting courier networks.
6. Governing law
